What is the shelf life of your products?

​All oils 1 - 2yrs all other products 9 months. Shelf life can be shortened or lengthened depending on the storage conditions. Please keep products away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry location.

How many gallons do I have to buy?

There are no minimum order requirements for gallon sizes.

Do you have a price list?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Afterpay through our online payment system.

Do I have to pay in full or a deposit?

Full payment is required for all orders, but we provide the option of PayPal Pay Later & Afterpay, allowing you to apply and set up payment arrangements through their platform.

Do you offer Auto-ship?

Yes. Please email us at beautybenaturalco@gmail.com with your standing order request and we can setup automatic recurring orders weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Once account is setup payments will be automatic deducted according to your desired ordering schedule.

Will my products come with labels?

No, the products will arrive without labels. You'll need to arrange for your own custom labels.

Do you offer label or packaging design?

No, you'll need to arrange for your own custom label design.

 

Where can I buy bottles, caps & shipping supplies?

Supply stores like Amazon, Staples or Uline.

Product Labels

Here are some tips for getting your branded product labels:

• Decide which label style and size you wish to use.

• ​Create your own product label using canva.com (click video link for a step-by-step guide) or hire a graphic designer.

• Submit your label designs to onlinelabels.com or another printing company to get your labels professionally printed.

Can I change the fragrance of my products?

Yes, we do offer fragrance changes but only to our water-based products (shampoos, conditioners & leave-in conditioners). Click here

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.

 

How long will it take to receive my products?
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 3pm EST will be considered next business day orders. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm EST will continue processing on the following business day. Orders are shipped based on place in the order queue.

How long will it take to receive my pre-order products?

Please allow up to 3 weeks processing time for all pre-orders. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order within 3 weeks we will notify you.

Additional Cost

Are there additional costs to starting my line?

Prices are all-inclusive, with the following exceptions:

• Shipping charges are based upon the number of products you order

• Product bottles & caps

• Your branded product labels & packaging (if you plan to ship your products)​
